🌿What to Expect at Lengua Amiga
Lengua Amiga is for you if you:
• Are an adult beginner or intermediate Spanish learner • Want a clear learning path instead of disconnected lessons or random conversation • Want to understand Mexican Spanish in everyday contexts • Learn better with guided materials, explanations, and practice • Want enough space to speak, ask questions, and make mistakes

Who’s behind Lengua Amiga?
Hi, I’m Nancy Juárez, a Spanish teacher from Mexico with formal training in teaching Spanish as a foreign language.
At Lengua Amiga, I combine structured learning, guided materials, and Spanish in context, while giving you space to ask questions, practice, and make mistakes.

💵 Rates & Packages
All classes are private, live, and online via Zoom. Each class lasts 60 minutes.
Individual class
- 1 class — $28 USD
Class packages
- 4 classes — $110 USD
- 8 classes — $220 USD
- 10 classes — $275 USD
Packages are designed for students who want continuity and regular practice.
Payment
Once we confirm your schedule, you’ll receive a secure payment link by email.
Package Validity
The following validity periods apply to flexible schedules:
- 4 classes — valid for 1 month
- 8 classes — valid for 2 months
- 10 classes — valid for 3 months
Your package becomes active when you schedule your first class. The first class must be scheduled within 14 days of purchase. If no class is scheduled during that time, the package will activate automatically on day 15.
Students with a fixed weekly schedule attend on their reserved day and time each week.

After the trial, I’ll share the available options. You can choose a fixed weekly time or a flexible schedule.
3. Confirm and start
Once we confirm your schedule, you’ll receive the payment link by email. For fixed schedules, your weekly time is reserved once payment is received.

Oh, how lucky that I met Nancy! I came to Nancy a long 30 years from my high school Spanish classes with plans to temporarily live in Mexico. Listening Lab is an audio resource currently in development for Lengua Amiga students.
It will include short listening activities with stories, repetition, and guided practice to help students become familiar with real Latin American Spanish.

🌎Meet Nancy, your Spanish Teacher
I’m Nancy Juárez, a Spanish teacher from Mexico with experience teaching in different educational and cultural settings, including two years in Canada as part of a cultural immersion project.
I hold a degree in Business Relations, a Spanish teaching certification endorsed by UNAM, and a diploma from The Anglo Mexican Foundation.
My current professional learning focuses on instructional design and creating original materials for language learners. I also spend a lot of time reading and researching ideas for podcasts and audio content.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy painting, playing board games, and discovering new food—the same kind of everyday experiences where language comes to life.
I created Lengua Amiga for adults who want a clear learning path without separating Spanish from the people and contexts that give it meaning.
